My realization came after my body gave up after steady weeks of 12 hour days at work. Sleeping became impossible. I would lie down and stare at the wall. If I managed to sleep at all, it would be four hours. Then my eyes would pop open and I was lying wide awake. I realized there was no way I could keep this up. It shifted my thinking to simplicity in everything that I do. I started the journey to wellness and thriving and realized I can help others gain this also.
It's work to restructure your life, but it is worth it. You and only you can decide if this is important to you.
